The owners possess over 40 years of management experience in the residential construction industry building in excess of 700 homes per year with sales prices ranging from the low 100's to well into the millions. This experience includes financial responsibility for major master planned communities throughout Florida, Texas, and Ohio. The combination of the two disciplines creates an un-paralleled capability not present in the local pool industry.
